Our modern kitchen is located downstairs, right next to the main entrance and in close distance to the living room. It is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. In case you want to grab a coffee or a snack there is a small dining table, too. Kitchen is connected with a small utility room with a washing machine and some additional storage.

Bathroom

Terrace

In the front of the lounge is a spacious and private terrace. It offers space to sunbathe during the day and if you fancy having a BBQ in the evening, it is all ready for you. There is also a comfortable 6-seater garden sofa. Our sunny terrace is perfect to take a restful nap, read a book or enjoy a glass of wine with friends.

Pools

The outside, common areas are secured and have a gated entrance. The main path leading towards the pools is fitted with beautiful tropical trees. The private swimming pools are located in the center, within easy access and are separated: 1 large swimming area for adults, and a children’s pool. It all is surrounded with a large solarium area. The pools are sunny during most part of the day, usually quiet and well protected from the winds.
